Simpson Bay Lagoon and the beaches close to the residence
Simpson Bay is a lively neighbourhood on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. The white-sand beaches lie a few minutes from the residence.
Simpson Bay Lagoon is just as close. Visitors use it for swimming and sailing, some prefer paddle boarding, and others simply spend time in the sun.
Nearby streets have plenty of restaurants serving local and international cuisine. Beach clubs and boutique shops sit among them. After dark you can go to a beachfront bar or a lounge, or catch a live music event.
Shared rooftop and garden at The Hills Residence
The residence has a common rooftop where the pool is located, at a height that gives a view over Simpson Bay Lagoon. A landscaped garden provides another place to sit outside.
Guests arrive through a lobby, and parking is available. Outdoor surveillance cameras are in place, while the condo itself has an electronic lock as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Day-to-day comfort inside B204
The bedroom has a comfortable bed with ample storage, a closet and hangers. Next to it, the modern bathroom is stocked with essentials and a hair dryer. Blind curtains darken the rooms for a late morning.
In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, an oven, a hob and hood, a microwave and a dishwasher, plus cooking utensils and dishes. Coffee comes from the espresso machine. A kettle, a toaster and a blender are also there, along with wine glasses, champagne glasses and a dining table for meals at home.
The living area follows an open plan, with comfortable seats arranged around a flat-screen TV. A washer-dryer combo, an iron with its ironing board and a cleaning product kit make longer stays practical. Linen and beach towels are provided, and a baby bed and baby high chair can be used by parents.
Since it has a single bedroom, the condo is set up for two people or for one traveller on their own. It is part of our St Maarten condo rentals in Simpson Bay, and we can confirm availability as soon as you send your dates.
