Booking

  • Vacation rental bookings are subject to availability.
  • The reservation is confirmed upon payment according to the specified terms.

Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment of the rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Payment terms are provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the reservation is canceled, fees may apply according to our cancellation policy.
  • Specific cancellation conditions for each rental are provided at the time of booking.

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages during the stay.
  • The security deposit will be refunded after the final inspection upon check-out.

Tenant Responsibilities

  • The tenant is responsible for the proper use of the rented property and must return it in good condition.
  • Any damage caused during the stay will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Modify Booking

  • Any modification to the booking is subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Travel Insurance

  • It is recommended that the tenant takes out travel insurance covering cancellation and stay-related risks.
