Restaurants and beaches of Simpson Bay
The residence stands in Simpson Bay, an active neighbourhood of the Dutch side where restaurants, bars and shops sit close to the marinas. A short drive takes you to Simpson Bay beach or Maho beach, and Princess Juliana International Airport is a few minutes away as well.
For the rest of the island, renting a car is the simplest choice. It lets you drive to Philipsburg and its boardwalk, then on to Marigot and the French side beaches.

Guests of The Hills Residence share a rooftop swimming pool that looks over the lagoon and the hills. Sun loungers surround it, and it can be used daily from 8 am to 8 pm. A common a lobby complete the shared areas.
Elevators serve the building, and there is private parking along with outdoor surveillance cameras. A concierge team handles practical requests such as car rental, restaurant reservations, excursions and boat trips around the island, so it helps to get in touch before you travel.
Staying in A122 as a couple or for a longer holiday
In the bedroom, apart from the living space, there is a king-size bed and a closet fitted with hangers. Curtains keep the room dark in the morning. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate.
The living room has a sofa and a flat-screen TV, plus a dining table. The balcony is reached from the living room, has outdoor furniture and faces the lagoon, which makes it a good spot for coffee after waking up.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, along with a hob and extractor hood. Small appliances include a kettle, a blender, a toaster and an espresso machine. Glasses for wine and champagne are provided, as are crockery, cutlery and utensils for cooking.
For longer stays, the condo has its own washer-dryer, the rooms are air-conditioned, and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection is included. Linen, bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board and bathroom essentials are supplied. On request the team can supply a high chair and a baby cot, the front door uses an electronic lock, and the condo is equipped with detectors for smoke as well as carbon monoxide.
Arrival is from 4 pm and departure by 11 am. Our team greets you on site and remains on hand during the stay. For a week or more, intermediate housekeeping and extra towels can be booked, and before you come we send the access details and directions to the residence.
