A lot of daily life happens close to the residence. Bars and restaurants are near, and so are supermarkets and the marinas. Driving to Maho beach, to Simpson Bay beach or to Princess Juliana International Airport takes only a few minutes.
Since The Hills Residence stands on a hillside, we advise renting a car for your stay. With one, the rest of the island opens up, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.

Guests can go up to the rooftop, where the swimming pool looks across the lagoon and sun loungers are placed around it. It opens daily from 8 am to 8 pm.
An elevator serves the buildings, and private parking is provided. Outdoor cameras keep watch over the common areas.
The concierge service can arrange a rental car, book a table at a restaurant or organise outings and things to do around the island. The team can be contacted before you travel or during your stay, and residence staff are on site should you need help with anything.

The condo comes fully furnished. Its bedroom has its own space apart from the lounge, with a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and blackout curtains. The lounge is furnished with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, while a dining table seats you both for meals. The single bathroom has a shower.
The lounge opens straight onto the private terrace. It has outdoor furniture, so lunch outside or a quiet evening there is easy to arrange.
The kitchen is set up with a hob and extractor hood, an oven and a microwave, plus a dishwasher and a refrigerator. For breakfast you have an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, and there is a blender too. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are all there, together with wine and champagne glasses, and a cleaning product kit is included.
The condo has air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. A washer-dryer combo makes laundry simple when you stay longer. The condo supplies bed linen along with bath and beach towels, and you will also find bathroom essentials, a hair dryer, and an iron with its ironing board.
Travelling with a baby? A cot and a high chair can be requested. Entry is by electronic lock, and the condo is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
