Simpson Bay restaurants and beaches within a short drive
A few minutes in the car take you from the residence down to Simpson Bay, where you find restaurants, shops and the marinas. Maho beach is near as well. Simpson Bay beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also close.
The Hills Residence stands on a slope, so we advise renting a car for your stay. Having one makes day trips easy, for example to Philipsburg or Marigot, or out to the beaches on the French side of the island.
Rooftop pool, parking at The Hills Residence
Up on the roof of The Hills Residence, a swimming pool looks out widely over the lagoon. Sun loungers line its edges, and you can use it each day from 8 am until 8 pm. The residence also has a shared a lobby.
An elevator takes you up to the floors, private parking is provided, and cameras watch the outside of the buildings. Our concierge service can sort out the practical side of the trip, such as booking a car, getting a restaurant table or planning excursions across Sint Maarten.
Day-to-day life in C317 during your stay
The two bedrooms are separate. The first has a king-size bed and the second a queen-size bed, and each one offers storage plus curtains that block out the light. In the living room a sofa faces a flat-screen TV, and there is a dining table for eating in.
The bathroom has a shower, while the toilet sits in its own room. C317 has no balcony, so daylight comes in through the living room windows on the lagoon side.
You can cook properly here. The kitchen holds an oven, a microwave, a hob under an extractor hood, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, along with an espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle and a blender. Plates, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware are supplied, wine and champagne glasses included.
Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are installed, and a washer-dryer takes care of laundry on longer visits. We provide bed linen, bath and beach towels, bathroom essentials and a hair dryer, plus an iron with its board.
If you are travelling with an infant, we can supply a cot and a high chair on request. The door opens with an electronic lock, and the condo is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
