Simpson Bay has plenty going on, with restaurants, bars and shops close by and several marinas along the water. A few minutes in the car take you to Simpson Bay beach or Maho beach. Princess Juliana International Airport is a similarly short drive away.
Because the residence stands on a hill, having a rental car simplifies groceries and outings. With a car you can also cross the island, heading to Philipsburg, then Marigot and the beaches of the French side.
Rooftop pool, parking at The Hills Residence
The swimming pool sits up on the roof and overlooks the lagoon. Sun loungers are placed around it, and it is open each day from 8 am until 8 pm. Guests can also use the common the lobby.
An elevator serves the buildings and parking is private. Cameras outside keep watch over the shared spaces.
The concierge team is there to help you plan your days. They can book a rental car or a table at a restaurant, and they also arrange excursions and boat outings that circle the island, so it is worth writing to them before you travel.
Living day to day in condo C336
The bedroom is closed off from the living area and has a king-size bed. Its closet comes with hangers, and the curtains block out daylight. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a dining table for meals together, and there is a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a shower, while the toilet is in its own room.
You reach the balcony from the living room. It has outdoor furniture facing Simpson Bay lagoon and is a good place to sit in the evening.
