Restaurants, including fine dining, and boutiques are close to the residence, and there are activities to book in the area. The white-sand beaches are easy to get to, and the nightlife of Sint Maarten is never far in the evening.

The residence has a lobby with an elevator up to the apartments, plus private parking on site. The common pool is on the rooftop and overlooks the lagoon. Jacuzzis are shared by residents, and there is also a garden.
