Its 57 m² hold one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, so up to three guests can stay. Its living room windows look out to the lagoon, and the furniture is all in place, so you can book anything from a short break to a stay of several weeks.

Simpson Bay around The Hills Residence
Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are a short trip from the residence, and the Simpson Bay marinas are close too. Simpson Bay beach takes a few minutes to reach by car. Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are also only a few minutes’ drive away.
The Hills Residence is built on a hillside, so we advise renting a car while you are here. It also makes day trips easier, for example to Philipsburg or Marigot, or over to the French side and its beaches.
Shared facilities and concierge at The Hills Residence
On the roof of the residence there is a swimming pool that overlooks the lagoon, with sun loungers placed around it. Guests can use it daily from 8 am until 8 pm. A common a lobby are also part of the residence.
The buildings have an elevator, and parking on site is private. Cameras watch the outdoor areas around the buildings.

Day-to-day life in D413 for up to three guests
The bedroom, which is apart from the living area, has a king-size bed. Clothes go in the closet, where hangers are provided, and curtains keep the room dark. The living room sofa folds out into a single bed, and there is also a flat-screen TV plus a dining table where meals are shared. There is no balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home. You will find a hob beneath the extractor hood, plus an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. An espresso machine, a toaster, a kettle and a blender sit alongside the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, and there are glasses for both wine and champagne.
Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Laundry is covered by a washer-dryer, and the condo also keeps an iron with its board and a kit of cleaning products. Towels for the bath and for the beach are supplied with the bed linen, and you will also find a hair dryer and the bathroom essentials.
Parents travelling with a baby can ask for the cot and the high chair. Entry works with an electronic lock. Detectors for smoke and carbon monoxide are installed in the condo.
You can check in from 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am at the latest. Our team greets you when you arrive and can be reached throughout the stay. Before you travel, we send directions to The Hills Residence and the instructions for entering the condo.
On longer stays you can add an intermediate housekeeping visit, and we bring extra towels if you ask. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, living here for several weeks stays simple for a couple, two or three friends or a small family.
