Divided into 3 phases, the construction plan begins with the construction of the commercial part and Building 1, then the construction of Buildings 2 & 3 and finally ends with the construction of Building 4.
Phase 1 of the construction of the project is already well advanced and the delivery of the commercial part is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023 and will end with the delivery of Building 1.

The last stage of construction of the project, building 4, will begin in the first quarter of 2023.
