The Hills Simpson Bay Residence : Whats up?

With construction beginning in November 2021, The Hills Simpson Bay Residence project is progressing rapidly with its construction plan and expects to deliver its customers on time.

Divided into 3 phases, the construction plan begins with the construction of the commercial part and Building 1, then the construction of Buildings 2 & 3 and finally ends with the construction of Building 4.

Phase 1 of the construction of the project is already well advanced and the delivery of the commercial part is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023 and will end with the delivery of Building 1.

With 85% of the project sold, the opportunities to acquire a property are decreasing day by day so don’t waste any more time!
