A115 is a one-bedroom condo at The Hills Residence that we rent for short holidays and for stays of several weeks. It comes fully furnished and takes up to two guests, so it suits a couple travelling together.

Restaurants, beaches and marinas of Simpson Bay
The residence stands in Simpson Bay, a lively neighbourhood on the Dutch side. Restaurants and bars are close by, and so are shops and the marinas.
A short drive takes you to Maho beach or to Simpson Bay beach. Princess Juliana International Airport is also only a few minutes away by car.
For the other parts of the island, a rental car is the easiest choice. From Simpson Bay you can drive to Philipsburg and walk along its boardwalk, or cross to the French side to see Marigot and spend time on its beaches.
Concierge, lobby and shared pool at The Hills Residence
The pool of The Hills Residence is up on the rooftop, looking across Simpson Bay lagoon towards the hills. It is open from 8 am until 8 pm every day, with sun loungers around the water.
Inside, there is a lobby, and elevators take you up to the floors. Parking is private, and outdoor cameras keep watch over the property.
If you need a rental car, a restaurant booking or help planning excursions, the concierge service takes care of it. You can ask before you arrive or during your stay.
Day-to-day use of the one-bedroom A115
The bedroom is a separate room with a king-size bed, a closet and hangers, and its blind curtains block the morning light. In the living area, a sofa faces the flat-screen TV, and meals can be served at the dining table.
There is no balcony in A115. Natural light reaches the living room through its windows, which face the lagoon.
You can prepare full meals in the kitchen, which has an oven and a hob with a hood, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher. The small appliances are an espresso machine, a kettle, a blender and a toaster, and dishes, cutlery, utensils, wine glasses and champagne glasses are supplied.
Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. The washer-dryer comes with an iron and an ironing board, and a cleaning product kit is left for you. You get linen and towels for the bath and the beach, plus a hair dryer and the bathroom essentials.
On request, we can add a high chair and a cot for a baby. The front door uses an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
Arrival is from 4 pm, and departure is by 11 am. For stays of several weeks, intermediate housekeeping can be arranged and extra towels can be requested. Our team greets you at the residence, sends the access details beforehand and remains reachable until you leave.
