Getting around Simpson Bay from the hillside
Simpson Bay has beaches, restaurants, shops and an active nightlife, and all of it is a few minutes from the residence. The units here are placed high on the hill. A car makes daily trips much simpler, and we strongly advise having one.
Pool, rooftop at The Hills Residence
Guests share a rooftop pool with the rest of the residence. Landscaped garden areas surround the buildings, and there is a lobby with on-site parking. The grounds are monitored by outdoor surveillance cameras.
Staying in the condo day to day
An open living room joins the equipped kitchen, the dining table and the lounge, where a TV is set up. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender and an espresso machine, plus dishes, cooking utensils, wine glasses and champagne glasses.
The bedroom has a closet with hangers, and the bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Air conditioning runs through the whole unit, internet comes over fiber Wi-Fi, and a washer-dryer combo takes care of laundry. Linen, beach towels, a baby bed and a baby high chair are provided.
